IHNF has a new Director!
IHNF is excited to welcome its new Director, Prof. Liezl M. Atienza, RND, PhD starting March 2024. Prof. Atienza was awarded with the 2023 KKP-ST, Inc. Distinguished Achievement Award for Teaching during the 52nd Annual Convention and 3rd Scientific Conference of the KKP-ST, Inc. last November 2023. Was also awarded with the UP Scientist I for the year 2022-2024. For more information about Prof. Atienza, click here.
At the same time, we extend our gratitude to Prof. Aimee Sheree A. Barrion, RND, PhD, for her service, commitment, and dynamic leadership as the Director of the Institute of Human Nutrition and Food for the past three years (March 2021 to February 2024).
