Goals
The IHNF aims to:
- Produce competent graduates in human nutrition and food;
- Conduct innovative research on food, nutrition and dietetics; and deliver dynamic public service and quality administrative services; and
- Create venue and opportunities for holistic development of faculty and staff.
The IHNF upholds the standards of the UPLB being a prestigious world class institution of higher learning. It has a full complement of 24 full-time faculty, 1 Professor Emeritus, senior lecturer, and adjunct faculty; 6 administrative staff; and 5 REPS. It has three divisions, namely, Nutritional Sciences, Food Management and Administration, and Nutrition Policies and Programs.
